PayPal gifts are logged automatically by the n8n intake workflow and do not need manual entry. This form is for everything else.
Add a Named Fund
Start a Named Fund track — new fund, new or existing donor, one step.
Saving sets Named Fund Interest to Yes, tags the contact, and starts the milestone track. Leadership is alerted automatically once the n8n workflow is live.
Team Member
Directory entry, system access, and dashboard login.
Requires an email and access level above. The person receives a confirmation email before their first sign-in and can change their password from Settings.
Add an Engagement
Meetings, site visits, and donor events on the calendar.
Tip: add development@cifvi.org as a guest on the real calendar invite. Once the n8n calendar sync is live, those events appear here automatically.
